The Koffin Rockers are a three-piece Rockabilly/Punkabilly band from Townsville. Their music is a fusion of rock'n'roll, bold punk, catchy pop, and a hint of country twang. The guys are laid-back larrikins who don’t take themselves too seriously.

Zombie Girl is from their Dead End EP, released in 2016. Dead End is an exploration of Psychobilly, a subgenre that blends Rockabilly with Punk Rock and features grotesque or humorous lyrics that draw heavily on the imagery of 1950s science fiction and horror films.

The guys brought me in to add some horror movie-style organ on all 5 tracks on the EP. I chose to feature Zombie Girl here because it’s the quintessential example of what makes The Koffin Rockers so cool.
